Support Center application allows a user to send tickets to support department from within the control panel
1. Main Menu
The Main Menu of the application consists of the following sections:
My Support Tickets
Make New Ticket
Search
2. My Support Tickets
In this section a user can view the information on all the tickets (ID, title, when created, when last modified, type, status).
Selecting a certain ticket a user can get acquainted with the detailed information:
On the problem;
On any specific notes;
On the resolution;
On the ticket’s updates;
In this section a user can select the tickets entering one of the following subsections:
Show all;
Show open;
Show in progress;
Show closed
3. Make New Ticket
In this section a user can create a new ticket. In order to do so please fill in the following fields (the mandatory fields are marked with *):
1. Title;
2. E-Mail;
3. Category (select from the drop-down menu);
4. You should also describe the nature of the problem and how it can be replicated. Include as much information as you can as this will help to solve the problem faster.
5. To describe the issue more vividly a user can attach additional files (you can load text files (TXT, DOC, LOG) and compressed image files (JPG, PNG, GIF) only)
6. Press “Submit”
4. Search
In this section a user can search for a submitted ticket. To start the search fill in one of the fields (ID, title), indicate a category and press “Search”.
