Step 1: Confirm Company Details

The "company" section allows you to view or edit your company information and your sender email address. This information will appear in your newsletters as contact information.

• Clicking on “Edit” will let the user edit the information already available

• Selecting "hide address/phone in footer" will prevent this information from being displayed in newsletters.

Your newsletter will be sent from the “Sender Email Address”. To edit your sender email address click o “Edit”.

By default, the “Do not send Opt-In message to my subscribers” will be checked off. You may uncheck it by clicking on the check box and uncheck it.

Note: The double opt-in process is the best thing you can do to ensure that the subscribers on your list are the people that actually want and need the information you are sending. Instead of automatically adding every subscriber to your list, the double opt-in process includes a second step of sending an email to new subscribers to confirm they want to receive the information. Not only does this step confirm that the email address is valid, but it also ensures that your lists are made up of subscribers that are truly interested so they have the highest chance of converting.

It is recommended that when initially mailing a new list of subscribers, you use the confirmed opt-in method. Determining factors in the decision to confirm your existing list include: the age of your list, your industry, the source of your list, the type of business you are in and the ISPs where your email is sent.

NOTE: Newsletters will not be sent from unconfirmed email addresses. An email will be sent to any email address that you have never confirmed before. After clicking “Next” check your inbox for the identity confirmation email. Click on the link included in the email to verify your identity as the sender.
