With the Import/Export Lists interface, you can:
Import contacts in bulk.
Export existing contacts to a downloadable file.
Import contacts from Webmail
Import EasyStoreMaker contacts
To import a contact list form a file, you should first download the template file, which will allow you to enter in your contact information in the correct order. Click the "download template" button to download the CSV file template. You can open CSV files in most spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel, which will allow you to quickly and efficiently enter all your data into the template before uploading.
Once your list is complete, click on the "browse" button and select the CSV file on your computer that you wish to upload, then click the "upload" button.
To export a contact list, first select the contact groups that you want to export, by placing checkmarks beside the groups you wish to export. Then click "Export to CSV"; the contacts will then begin to download to your computer as a single CSV file. You can open CSV files in most spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel.
To import contact lists from Webmail, click the "import Webmail contacts" button. When prompted, select the Webmail contact list from the drop-down provided and click "show contacts". If there are any contacts you do not want to import, click on the green status button to the right of the contact (it will turn gray); disabled contacts will not be imported. Click "apply" to import all enabled contacts.
To import contacts from EasyStoreMaker, click the "import EasyStoreMaker contacts" button. Any new contacts will be imported into Announcer Pro.
