Enabling and disabling the spam filter

To enable spam filtering for your account, follow the steps below:

1. From PersonalMail's main menu click on the "control my junk email" link.

2. Click on the "I want to turn ON my spam filter" link.  

3. Your email account is now using the spam filter on standard settings. To find out more about standard settings and using custom settings, read the topics located under Custom spam filtering.

To disable spam filtering for your account, follow the steps below:

1. From PersonalMail's main menu click on the "control my junk email" link.

2. Click on the "I want to turn OFF my spam filter" link.  

3. The spam filter is now disabled.
