Editing an autoresponder

To edit an existing autoresponder, follow these steps:

  1. From PersonalMail's main menu, click on the "manage my automatic reply messages" link.

  2. You will be presented with a listing if active and inactive autoresponders. If you want to edit an inactive autoresponder, click on the "show inactive" button.

  3. Click on the "edit" link beneath the autoresponder you wish to edit. Depending on the type of autoresponder, you will be presented with the custom autoresponder configuration page; however, the field(s) will already be filled in with the selected autoresponder's data. If you are editing a basic autoresponder the drop-down menu will be set to "no condition"; this means that the autoresponder will reply to every incoming email

  4. make whatever changes you would like, and click "Ok". If you do not like the changes you have made, click "Cancel" instead.

 

To edit more than one autoresponder, repeat steps 3 and 4.
